For some "extra puntitos"... go to one of the Spanish Language links provided here, or research a Spanish topic of your interest. Read an article on a specific subject and e-mail me back a summary paragraph in English, or in Spanish if you want to earn even more "puntitos".
- State the URL (website name) of the source.
- Make sure each summary is from a different source link.
- State the date of the article.
- Make sure you use complete sentences.
- Only e-mailed summaries will count towards "extra puntitos".
For Spanish 101 students, these "extra puntitos" (tasks) will count towards your lab hours. For every 4 summaries you e-mail, you will get 1 hour of lab time (maximum 5 hours). For every summary over 20, you will get 2 "extra puntitos" towards your final exam (10 "puntitos" maximum).
For other classes, that do not require lab hours, these "extra puntitos" will count 1 point per summary towards your final exam (10 "puntitos maximum")
